Ensyst is a rapidly growing, award winning, IT integrator seeking to add a
Support Engineer with 5 years I.T experience to our team.
The role is a mixture of project work, field engineering and 3rd Level
Helpdesk support for small-to-medium enterprises: all-round LAN/WAN skills are
required.
The work is primarily in the CBD but also involves regular site visits around
Metro Sydney: a car and drivers license is required.
- We expect you to have several years experience installing and
tuning Windows operating systems and MS Exchange, designing Active Directory
and managing Antivirus and Backup systems.
- We expect you to have
experience building and configuring servers and related hardware (mainly HP
and IBM).
- We expect you to have a thorough understanding of
TCP/IP, a solid understanding of WAN technologies and experience configuring
routers, firewalls and switches (mainly Cisco).
- We expect you to
have at least one certification from our partners Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix
and be prepared to continually update your knowledge.
- Experience
implementing Microsoft Sharepoint and CRM, managing Linux servers and
Citrix-based networks is highly regarded.
- Apart from requisite
technical skills and certification we want someone with initiative,
attention to detail and a can-do attitude that translates into providing
high quality technical solutions to our customers.
