Level 1-2 IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk

Ideally you will have:
- Experience in a Service Desk environment providing Level 1 and 2 Support using a call management system.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications. – Server, Office (Certifications are highly desirable but not essential).
- Understanding of networking principals and experience troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with at least one Antivirus product (i.e. Trend Micro, Symantec, eTrust, etc)
- Experience with troubleshooting mobile devices on Windows, iPhone and/or Blackberry platforms.
- Ability to work throughout Sydney Metropolitan area.
- Prior Apple experience is a plus.
