Messaging Solutions

Innovative messaging solutions on-premises and in the Cloud

Email is the most widely used business communication tool across the globe, and it is critical to the function of most organisations.  Users naturally assume they will have access to their work email on-demand, in real-time, and on any device.

Microsoft has long been the market leader for enterprise grade messaging services via Microsoft Exchange Server and the Outlook range of clients.  These services and applications are the defacto standard for organisations worldwide.

Provision of email was also at the forefront of Microsoft’s first ventures in to the Cloud, with email services delivered under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering via the consumer Hotmail service.  Since then, we have seen Microsoft forge ahead with their messaging and collaboration offerings, with Live@EDU for education and BPOS for business.

Microsoft has now consolidated its corporate and education offerings in Office 365 – Microsoft’s Cloud productivity suite encapsulating Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Yammer and One Drive.  Initially launched in regional global datacentres, Microsoft launched Office 365 serviced for Australian data centres in early 2015.

Ensyst has been assisting clients with their messaging requirements since its establishment.  Initially assisting customers deploy or upgrade Microsoft Exchange platforms or migrate from non-Microsoft platforms such as Lotus Notes or Novell GroupWise, we worked at the forefront of the Cloud wave and transposed our skills to the Cloud as Microsoft released and matured its services.

We have been recognised for this leadership in Cloud, winning back-to-back Microsoft awards in Australia in 2011 and 2012 pertaining to Office 365.

We work with organisations reviewing their current messaging infrastructure, providing advice on future direction and a roadmap of how to get there.  We then assist in design, implementation, migration and on-going support.

Whether you are upgrading your existing platform and migrating to the Cloud or an on-premises solution, or migrating from a non-Microsoft service such as Google, Lotus Notes or GroupWise, we have the experience and capability to support you through the transformation and to support your messaging and collaboration platform into the future.
