Acquire Learning is an education to employment service, connecting customers to services to help them obtain a qualification, become job ready and then secure meaningful employment.

Following a period of rapid growth, Acquire Learning was seeking to transform the way IT desktop services were delivered to users, providing a more flexible, secure and dynamic platform with enhanced mobility and productivity while also allowing IT to manage and apply security.


Ensyst proposed a Microsoft Cloud based solution to meet these needs. The solution involved establishment of a new directory service leveraging Azure Active Directory Premium, Office 365, Exchange Online and associated migration components to migrate the existing Google Apps footprint to Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

Without the need to implement any on-premises infrastructure, Ensyst designed, commissioned and configured the Office 365 and Azure tenant and implemented cross-platform migration tools between the Google and Microsoft platforms.  In conjunction with Acquire Learning IT Staff, Ensyst then completed a successful and seamless migration and user adoption process for more than 600 users.

Acquire Learning is now seeing the benefits of this solution with dramatic improvements in staff productivity and collaboration.
