Facing a number of challenges, including those related to the requirements of approaching Aged Care Reform, the client went to the market early in 2013 to select a partner to run and manage their distributed environment and also transform the IT platform to support forecast organisational growth.

Complementing the client’s existing in-house IT function, Ensyst utilised its deep technical expertise and capability across Microsoft and Citrix technologies to stabilise the existing distributed environment, and transform it to a new centralised and standardised Cloud and application delivery platform.
Ensyst provides a full end-to-end Managed Service, having managed the client’s IT environment during a time of massive transformation in the production environment, managing the process to minimise user impact and reduce risk.
