Goodman Group is an integrated property group with operations throughout the world; one of the largest listed specialist fund managers of industrial property and business space in the world.
Goodman needed to replace its PaBX system with a more flexible alternative, allowing staff to work seamlessly from remote locations and across offices while supporting “Space to Work” (an activity based working platform) in their Sydney office.
Ensyst initiated a greenfield Lync (Skype for Business) installation, a unified communications platform that integrates IM, presence, enterprise telephony, audio and video conferencing and collaboration functionality into a single client. This was combined with Plantronics headsets and Polycom video conferencing products.
Ensyst scoped, designed and deployed the installation and, working together, freed Goodman staff from the limitations of deskbound phones.
This has transformed where, when and how the Goodman team works. It’s enabled instant, flexible collaboration and working anywhere/anytime. It has also simplified call-flow management, and provided a totally integrated and interoperable system that is intuitive and easy to use.
